Open your windows
When it’s raining, all the pollutants settle down. Open your windows so that fresh air can come inside and oxygenate your place. Try to observe air quality. If you live in an area where the air isn’t clean, then use air filtration.
Regular exercise

What should be my oxygen level?
For healthy people with controlled asthma, the oxygen level (measured by oximeter) should be around 95-100%. However its okay to have oxygen level 90-95% due to exertion, higher altitudes, or temperature extremes.
In the case of people suffering from COPD or other lung issues. The oxygen level should be around 88-92%. Below 88% is dangerous in any case.
