What is the normal blood oxygen level?
The normal blood oxygen saturation of the human body is above 95%. The blood oxygen in the human body has a certain degree of saturation. Too low will cause insufficient oxygen supply to the body and too high will cause aging of cells in the body.
I believe I may have had a TIA a few hours ago. My current reading on the Ankovo device is 98/60. It was stuck at 99 a hour or so ago.
I’ve taken an aspirin as recommended but have been warned not too many because it can cause excessive bleeding – which is why I have been prescribed acetaminophen. The recommendation is no more regular aspirin than 2 or 3
days. Although you are not my regular doctor:
1) what does the 99 indicate vis a vis my recent symptoms
2) when should I switch back to acetaminophen?
Thanks!
Hi Stephen,
I’d suggest you consult your physician at the earliest and change your dose as per his prescription.
